Before you begin, put on a lightly lined bra—skip anything with padding or compression, like sports bras. Grab a soft measuring tape to take your measurements. Don’t have one? No worries! You can use a string and a ruler as an easy alternative.  

Measure Your Upper Bust: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest (across the nipples) to get your upper bust size.

 Measure Your Under Bust: Stand up straight and wrap the measuring tape around the bottom of your chest, just under your breasts. This gives you your under bust size.
